Nearly two decades ago, Monty Hopkins and Mike Pflum grew tired of making speed limit and stop signs for a living. A leap of faith and thousands of custom signs later, they find it easier to explain the kinds of signs they don’t do rather than those they do.

Under the banner of Sign Solutions, Monty and Mike have yet to find the boundary of where technology and imagination can take them.
Every day they come to work looking to take that next step. Today’s sign industry is far removed from what it was just 10 years ago. Tomorrow it will be far removed from what it is today. Sign Solutions will soon open an entirely new division aimed at addressing the coming “digital” age of signage, way-finding and display.

ADVANCED ELECTRONIC DISPLAYS will take Sign Solutions into new markets, dynamic products and greatly expanded capabilities.
More importantly, it will lead the effort to bring these new technologies to our customers, both new and existing. 20 years ago Monty and Mike named the company Sign Solutions for a reason. To this day the name reminds us that every product we build is more than a sign…It is the SOLUTION to a problem.
